OVENS TO TREAT ISOLATION PAINTS OR RESINS APPLIED BY DIPPING

Our systems with FS series ovens are suitable for Iarge or medium Iot productions. Paintlresin Ievel in dipping tank is kept at constant Ievel by adjustable-height overflows. The paintlresin circulates between between oven tank and a reservoir of adequate volume, placed underneath the floor. This to the aim of keeping proper mixture, constant viscosity and uniform temperature of paintlresin. Sometimes, cost reasons bring us to avoid paint circulation in the smallest systems. All systems with FS series ovens operate under light depression with regard to operation environment, therefore no emission of bad smell or dangerous substance exists.

We instalf electronic sensors on the largest systems (or where expressly requested) to permanently monitor solvent vapour concentration and to bring the operation back to safe conditions.
