WEDGING-MACHINE ISA850

The wedging-machine ISA850 is an automatic machine developed for the preparation and assembly of insulating material in the slots. 

Thank to the careful mechanical and electrical construction the ISA850 is particularly compact and stable.

The application of brushless-motors, to carry out every machine-movement, allows quick production changes and to achieve qualitatively elevated standards.

The reached machine-speed is over 300 insertions p/min*., comparable to today’s quickest insulating machines on the market.

* refered to insulating material of 15mm lenghth

All control has also taken care of the power consumption. The use of brushless-motors with high power and electronics with low consumption has made possible to reduce the power consumption to a performance level of 800W. The consumption of the air pressure has been reduced to a minimum, as a matter of fact the machine employs two pneumatic cylinders, they carry out only two movements, “go” and “return”, during the whole machine cycle.

The operating friendliness of the interface allows a quick learning for the operator.

Our technicians are at the client’s disposal to arrange a customized interface.

Optionaly the machine can be equipped with a measuring system, measuring the effective lift height of each piece and adjusting the machine, in order to avoid possible stack problems.
