SEMI-AUTOMATIC BALANCING MACHINE MOD. BMT3F

The BMT3F is a balancing machine for all slip-ring armatures or similar rotating parts on which

unbalance can be corrected by radial milling on the laminate stack.

The machine is easy to tool for balancing hair-drier armatures and for washing machine motor

armatures with straight or inclined hollows.

Always bear in mind that the machine must be fitted with the specific tooling for each type of piece to be processed.

We advise against using the same machine for balancing armatures with very different weights and

tolerances.

CALIBRATION AND TABLE MEMORISATION

The table is a file in which all the parameters concerning a single type of armature, indispensable

for optimum machine operation, are memorised.

The table is memorised with a name that can be recalled.

The calibration or gauging takes place though a guided procedure and can be performed stating

from non pre-balanced pieces.
