METHOD OF TREATMENT Data are processed in written form and/or on magnetic, electronic or telematic supports. In all cases, with suitable tools to guarantee their security.
FIELD OF APPLICATION Your personal data, firm remaining the communication of the same to meet legal requirements, may be communicated and used in Italy and/or abroad, in and outside the European Union, to the following subjects: ● our network of agents, collaborators, factoring companies, banks, credit recovery companies, credit insurance companies, professionists, consultants and service companies, transport companies. In no case will your data be made known to others. For the entire duration of existing and future contractual relations and also successively, your data will be processed to fulfil legal requirements and future commercial purposes. In relation to said data your Firm/Company may exact the rights foreseen by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 within the limits and under the conditions foreseen by articles 8, 9 and 10 of the aforesaid legislative decree. OWNERSHIP OF THE TREATMENT Users visiting www.allcontrol.it have the right to remain anonymous and not provide any personal identification. When the service requires the entry of personal data (name, e-mail, etc.), ALL CONTROL applies the actions and safety measures for the storage and maintenance of archives stated in Law 196/2003. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING The personal data provided by users who send requests for offers or further information relative to our production are used only to provide this information and are communicated to third parties only when strictly necessary for this purpose.
TYPES OF DATA TREATED NAVIGATION DATA The IT systems and software procedures used in managing our website acquire, in the course of normal practice, some personal data for which transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is the case of information that is not collected to be associated with the identity of the persons concerned, but for its nature, may allow the identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data include IP addresses or the name of the dominion of the computers used by visitors to our site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses for the requested information, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the dimensions of the file received in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the answer given by the server (successful, error, etc) and other parameters relative to the visitor’s operating system and IT environment.
